Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure your return is tracked correctly.
Package Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging or a secure mailing bag, ensuring all original Bird&Be tags remain attached to the garments.
Drop Off and Refund
Relinquish your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
